B90D: Day 28 - II Kings 15:27-25:30

S: Now, O Lord our God, deliver us from his hand, so that all kingdoms on earth may know that you alone, O Lord, are God.” (2 Kings 19:19 NIV84)

O: King Hezekiah was pleading wit the Lord for victory, but the glory was not going to be his. He was giving all the future glory to God.

A: I ask God for victory over obstacles in my life, but how often do I proclaim to Him that it is for His glory? How often do I ask for my own benefit, but forget about giving Him Glory when I ask. I may give Him glory when a particularly rough prayer has been answered, but I don't proclaim it to Him when I ask.

P: Powerful God, I give you all the glory. I give you the glory and answering my prayers shows others that you are mighty, O God. Answering these prayers will allow me to tell others about your provision, your grace, and your might. And I can't take any credit, because the world and everything in it is yours. Amen.
