I haven't posted pictures in a while, so here are a few. We had some gorgeous Mallards that decided to take a rest stop in our pond the other day. They were gorgeous. They let us get really close too! I think they visit several ponds in our area, because they've been back a few times since these pictures were taken.
Dog House?
Nope!
Yesterday, Grampa Shore brought our goats! It's all so exciting! They are adorable too. Their names are Belle (brown head) and Cinderella (white). They still miss their mommy, so they aren't eating out of the bottle yet, but they do like us already. **Update: They are FINALLY eating out of a bottle, only a day later!** R climbed into the house with them and just talked to them. What do you talk about with 2 baby goats? Well, she told them about her chickens, particularly her spotted chicken, Ariel, and her puppy and her toys, etc. When she climbed out, they just chased her and cried. Speaking of goats crying, they sound like children that are being severely injured with they cry. I'm pretty sure that before the day is over, DHS is going to come and check me out on suspicion of child abuse...
And finally, the cutest Farm Cuteness there is...
R with my parents...
