Note to Self:

Read how many onions come in a bunch before ordering...  I am the proud owner of 150 baby onions.  I have HALF of them planted.  There may not be enough room  for all of these babies.  And even as babies, they are STRONG smelling.  But, I guarantee that no farm has the help that I have.  R is my official onion hander-er.  She stays out of the planting area and hands me one onion at a time.  And she is just the cutest little helper that there is!  I probably won't get to plant more onions today or tomorrow, but maybe Sunday afternoon I can get some more planted.  Goodness gracious!  I still don't have the peas planted either.  I need stakes.  Such is life on a farm.

  1. Oh yes I had a garden last year and I had probably a zillion onions. I am probably going to do one this year and I guess I will have a zillion more. Good luck with the garden!

  2. Wow, you're planting your garden already? I'm jealous. I think it's going to be quite a while before we can do it. We'll probably plant a zillion onions, as well.

By the way, cute blog! It's perfect for you.
