Can't Wait Till Friday!

The hours cannot go by fast enough...  R is going to be gone ALL weekend!  I'm taking her up to Tulsa on Thursday afternoon, then I'm going to a birthday dinner with family and then I AM LEAVING HER!  Now, I love my daughter, but if you didn't know me very well, you'd think that I might be a little too excited about getting rid of her.  And, I probably am.  But she's 2.  And that's all the explanation I need to give for most mothers.  The plan is to work on getting seeds started this weekend and getting the garden ready for potatoes and peas, but my seed starting stuff hasn't come yet, so I might be just watching movies all weekend, and eating bon-bons (or whatever other chocolate is available).  Sounds fantastic.  I'd like to thank my parent's for their willingness to not only deal with my daughter for 3 days, but TRAVEL with her.  God bless them.  They are going to Dallas.  Have fun with that!  I'd also like to thank Journey Church for cancelling the Small Group Leaders Retreat this weekend so I have the time to sit on my rear and eat chocolate.  Or plant seeds and work like a dog.  But, working is so much sweeter without a toddler underfoot.  I hope you all have a weekend as enjoyable as mine!
