So, today I got to sleep in until 8am. Yep, I'm livin' large today. I got plenty of sleep, R has been great today and Sydney has also been adapting well. They have become fast friends. Sydney just follows R around and R just tries to find ways to get away from her. She likes to chew on her pants. Syndey loves to sleep next to R when R is watching TV. It is adorable. 
My grandparents stopped by today to see the house on their way back home. That was a very pleasant surprise. R and I worked on school today to catch up on yesterday's missed activities. She didn't want me to stop, but I had to have something for the next few days. Tomorrow I'll hit the grindstone again at full speed. I have a meeting with one of the pastors from church and then there's THE game, of course. We're going over to our friend's house from small group. I don't know how long we'll last, but it should be super fun, as long as OU wins (or is winning when we have to leave...). I just keep having visions of our last visit to Miami. Not a fun trip. But, I think OU can pull it off this year. We're the underdog, and we thrive in that roll. So, here's hoping that OU's actual men's football team shows up that has been winning all the latest games, and not the 8th grade girls team that seems to always show up to the bowl games.
