There were two of these in our back pasture this morning. This is just it's tail-end running away. I really thought our fence was too high for them to jump over. Guess not. I LOVE living in the country. Of course, we got a dog to help keep these out of my garden. What did the dog do when she was let out this morning and saw them? Barked and whined to come back inside. So much for a guard dog. She was 100 yards away and scared to death. Oh well. Hopefully she'll figure out how to keep those out of my garden someday.
So funny. My dog would probably go over to them and lick them to death.
ReplyDeleteWe see deer running along the road on the way to the freeway periodically. I hadn't considered that they might be close enough to get into our garden. (thinking...thinking...)
You will also have to worry about coyotes. They ate our garden last year. We never could prevent it and we have a dog that sleeps out by our garden and he actually will bark and growl at them. Good Luck!
